Delivery terms & delivery costs
These delivery terms apply to retail (not wholesale orders)
Kolme Cosmetics Oy sells products in the EU. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.
ORDERING
Add the products to the shopping cart and pay for them at checkout. All orders are confirmed by email, which states the price of the order, shipping costs and the ordered products.
In order to receive an order confirmation, you must provide an email address when ordering. With each order, you agree to the valid delivery conditions. We treat all information confidentially.
PAYMENT
Bank charges:
You can use the payment buttons of all Finnish banks. You can pay with the payment buttons of Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpanki, Osuuspanki, POP bank, Säästöpanki, S-banken and Ålandsbanken. Your account statement shows Paytrail Oyj as the payee, which forwards the payment to Kolme Cosmetics. From the online store, you will be directed directly to your own bank to make the payment securely.
Credit card payments:
You can pay in the online store with Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Debit MasterCard and American Express cards. The online store uses the international Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode and American Express SafeKey authentication services.
Paytrail appears as the payee on the card invoice and forwards the customer's payment card payment directly to Kolme Cosmetics. Payment by card is made using a securely protected payment form and the payment card information is not stored in the online store's systems.
DELIVERY
Orders are delivered in Finland by Posti or DP Schenker For abroad Posti's Parcel Connect. You can choose the delivery method at checkout.
DELIVERY COSTS (might also be cheaper due to the nature of the campaign)
We add delivery costs to the price of the products.
-Delivery fee Schenker package €4.90
- Delivery fee for Posti small package €5.90
- Delivery fee for postal package €5.90
-Free delivery for orders over (Finland only) €69
DELIVERY TIME
We try to send the products within 1-2 business days after the order arrives. However, during busy times or when the product is out of stock, delivery may take a little longer. If the delivery of the products is significantly delayed for some reason, we will contact you.
• Delivery time 1-5 business days, depending on the stock situation and the chosen delivery method.
• We will notify you of possible delays separately by email.
RETURN
The products have a 14-day right of return in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. The return must be reported within 14 days of receiving the product. The right of return only applies to unused and salable products that are in intact packaging. Defective products are returned at the customer's expense. We do not refund postage. Complaints are handled separately.
Report the return using the contact form or by email (asiakaspalvelu@kolmecosmetics.com). Tell us your contact information, order number and bank details, as well as the reason for the return.
CLAIM/ DEFECTIVE PRODUCT/ WRONG PRODUCT
Problem situations in transport and regarding defective products:
If the product is lost during transport, damaged or the wrong product has been delivered to you, we will replace it in full. Report the error immediately to the address: kaspalvelu@kolmecosmetics.com before you send it back.
Notification of incorrect delivery or defective product must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
PRODUCT INTERRUPTIONS
Many of our products contain seasonal ingredients (e.g. self-grown marigold), which may cause interruptions in product availability. We aim to inform about product interruptions due to lack of raw materials on our website as soon as possible. There may also be product interruptions in the availability of product packaging and/or labels, which may prevent the free availability of products.
