  2. Start from the center of the face : Start dry brushing from the center of the face, for example the bridge of the nose, and pull the brush outwards towards the cheeks and ears. Make each stroke long and even, towards the lymph nodes located on the edges of the face and near the ears.
  3. Continue to the forehead and chin : On the forehead, draw the brush from the middle towards the temples, and on the jawline, the strokes run from the chin upwards towards the ears. The movements should always be upward, so that they support the natural shape of the face and help lift the skin.
  4. Treat the neck and jawline : Don't forget the neck! Gently pull the brush from the bottom up the neck, all the way from the collarbones to the chin. This will help improve blood circulation and reduce swelling.

After dry brushing:

  1. Wash your face with cool water : After dry brushing, it is good to rinse your face with cool water, which helps close the pores and refreshes the skin.
